RAK REAL ESTATE LTD ("the Company")
SUSPENSION OF TRADING

The Company hereby announces that due to an emergency medical procedure on a key member of its personnel, the announcement of its interim results to 30th June 2010 will be temporarily delayed. Accordingly it has requested a temporary suspension of trading to its shares.

The Company wishes to make it clear that it is making every effort to ensure such interim results are announced as soon as possible.
