Prime Investments International Group Limited ("Prime" or the "Company") Replacement of Non Executive Director and appointment of an Investors Relations Manager.
Prime, the international Shari'ah compliant real estate investment group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ahmed Iqbal Bangee as a Non Executive Director replacing Mr Robin Paynter Bryant on the Main Board of the Company.
Mr Bangee has extensive experience as a Business Development specialist and Financial Officer in a number of real estate and industrial groups across the Middle East and in the UK. His previous executive roles include many years in senior Finance positions at Abdul Latif Jameel Group Companies in Saudi Arabia and more recently as business development Director at Unisantis FZE, UAE and associated Companies with a base in London.
Mr Bangee has a BSc degree and a Postgraduate diploma from the Universities of Leeds and Strathclyde (respectively) in the UK. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK in 1978 and practiced as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche for four years.
Dr Noor Atatreh, an Executive Director of the Company commented "The Directors of the Company are delighted to welcome Ahmed to the Board as a Non Executive Director. Prime is also further bolstering its senior management team. The Company has appointed a new Investors Relations Manager, Victoria Arscott. Prior to joining Prime, Victoria performed senior executive support and public relations roles within large corporations in the oil & gas, defence, private equity investment and aviation sectors both in Europe and the Middle East.
