PHOENICIAN III PROVIDES DISCLOSURE

Pursuant  to  the  PLUS  Rules  and  the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company  received  notification  on  20  September   2007   that  following  an acquisition,  the  shareholding  of  Thomas  Prescott  in  Phoenician  III  has increased to 356,607 shares in the Company, being 4.03%.
