Phoenician  III  announces  that  pursuant  to  the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the shareholding of Thomas Prescott in Phoenician  III  has increased to 266,607 shares in the Company, being 3.01%. Mr Prescott is now a substantial shareholder of the Company.
