The  Directors  of  Phoenician  Corporation  III  Limited are  pleased  to  announce that the Company's entire issued share capital, of 3,333,332 ordinary shares  of  nil  par value each, has today been admitted for trading on PLUS initially priced at 18  pence  per  share,  giving the Company a market capitalisation of GBP600,000.
