PHOENICIAN III APPOINTS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Phoenician Corporation III Limited appointed Edwin Lee as a non executive director to its board on 12 December 2007.

Edwin Lee is currently a director of Phoenician Corporation I Limited (a public company traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange) and is a managing director Newhaven Merchant Bankers. 

Edwin was previously Chief Financial Officer of Asia Now Resources and Pharmeng International Inc (both being public companies traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange). Other appointments and positions have included a director of Phoenician Holdings Corp (also a public company traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange), a consultant to Tyco International Limited and Bell Mobility, and senior associate PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
