Phoenician Corporation V Limited (the "Company") Results of Shareholders' Meeting

The directors of the Company are pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed at the shareholders' meeting held today. In particular, the reverse takeover of Prime Investments Group Limited was approved.

All resolutions passed by shareholders are conditional upon PLUS approving the admission of the enlarged group.

Upon Admission, the Company will make a full announcement to shareholders.
