Phoenician Corporation V Limited to be renamed Prime Investments International Group Limited (‘the Company')

The Directors are pleased to announce that the Company has received approval from PLUS Markets in relation to the re-admission of the Company to trading following the acquisition of Prime Investments Group Limited.
 
Admission was expected to take place today, however due to a delay finalizing the administration in the Bahamas (being where the Company is incorporated), admission will be delayed by no more than a few days.
 
An appropriate announcement will be made on the first day of dealings.
