King Tech International Ltd - Temporary Suspension

KING TECH INTERNATIONAL LTD ("the Company") - SUSPENSION OF TRADING

The Directors of King Tech International Ltd have requested a suspension of the ordinary shares of the Company until such time as the financials of the Jiangshu (China) joint venture partnership have been resolved.  The Company has a 40% interest in the joint venture. The Company has been unable to get all the relevant financial information relating to the joint venture to enable it to finalise its audit for year end 31 December 2009 and present its interim financial to 30 June 2010.

The Company wishes to make it clear that it is making every effort to ensure that this is resolved as soon as possible.
