King Tech International Ltd - Holdings in Company

The Company announces that on 1 May 2009 it was informed that on 30 April 2009 Newhaven GMBH transferred its holding of 1,666,666 shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to Phoenician Corporation IV Ltd.

Newhaven GMBH no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company. Phoenician Corporation IV Ltd's holding of 1,666,666 shares represents 3.27% of the votes attributable to the Company's issued share capital.

Phoenician Corporation IV Ltd has confirmed they hold both the legal and beneficial interest in the shares transferred.
