INTERIM RESULTS
The board of directors (the "Board") of King Tech International Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the unaudited condensed consolidated interim results of the Company, its subsidiaries and jointly controlled entities (the "Group") for the six months ended 30 June 2009 together with the comparative figures for the corresponding period of the previous year.

The 2009 interim report of the Company has not been audited but has been reviewed by the Company's auditor, Littlejohn LLP, Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors, whose independent review report is included in this interim report.
