KING TECH ENTERS MAJOR SUPPLY AGREEMENT

King Tech International Limited is pleased to announce that it has signed a significant supply agreement with Guangdong Gaintop Highway Group Limited, a Chinese company. This agreement is anticipated to produce sales of 40,000 tonnes of Asphalt Rubber in 2008, with 20% growth each year, representing an equivalent total target value of up to GBP30 million in 2008 and 2009. This agreement will last until 2017.

Paul Lee, Group Chief Executive Officer, KTIL commented, `This contract is further testament to the success of our business and brings significant visible revenues to the Company for the forthcoming years. Working or partnering with leading state-owned enterprises or governmental agencies is one of our means for achieving strategies and sales objectives. This agreement will significantly increase total revenues in 2008 and 2009.'

Gaintop was recognised as a national Grade-1 construction company in 1995 in China and received national Grade-1 qualification licences for construction, road surface, road base and building licences in 2002. Since 1993, Gaintop has been providing highway engineering services including pavement design, highway and road construction, materials supplies for a total revenue of GPB 750 million.
