KING TECH ANNOUNCES INTERIM RESULTS

The board of directors of King Tech International Limited is pleased to announce the unaudited condensed interim results of the Company, its subsidiaries and jointly controlled entities for the six months ended 30 June 2008 together with the comparative figures for the previous period.

The 2008 interim financial report of the Company has not been audited but has been reviewed by the Company's auditor, Littlejohn Chartered Accountants, whose independent review report is included in this Interim Report.
