Phoenician Corporation III Limited is the flagship shell company of the Phoenician Family of Funds to be listed in the UK. It marks the family's first step in its inevitable expansion to the foreign capital markets.

Phoenician Corporation III Limited was listed on the PLUS Markets Group in London on May 25, 2007. Phoenician Corporation III Limited completed a Private Placement on the PLUS Markets on June 21, 2007 that raised GBP 793,284.

Phoenician Corporation III Limited proceeded to close an acquisition of King Tech Group Limited, a prominent Chinese road paving company. King Tech, with its principal offices in Hong Kong, specialises in asphalt-rubber ("AR") applications and research and development to roads and highways in the Greater China region. It provides a variety of AR services, including AR pavement design and AR mix design, production, construction and research and development. Asphalt rubber is a blend of asphalt cement, reclaimed tire rubber and certain additives, in which the rubber component is at least 15% by weight of the total blend and has reacted in the hot asphalt cement sufficiently to cause swelling of the rubber particles.

Upon closing, Phoenician Corporation III Limited was renamed King Tech International Ltd, where it continues to trade on the PLUS Markets.
