Phoenician II

The Phoenician Fund Corporation II was created in 2006 to become a Capital Pool Company on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada. The Corporation is a mirror CPC vehicle to The Phoenician Fund Corporation I. The IPO of The Phoenician Fund Corporation II is scheduled to complete after the Qualifying Transaction for Phoenician I is identified.
