The Phoenician Fund Corporation I was created in 2006 to become a Capital Pool Company on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada. The Company’s IPO proceeded to close in September 2007 and raised $400,000 gross proceeds.

In July 2008 the Company raised additional $449,960 gross proceeds in a Private Placement to help identify the Qualifying Transaction.

The Company is actively seeking a Qualifying Transaction to complete according to the Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange.
