Phoenician Holdings

Phoenician Holdings Corp. was created and IPO'd utilizing the Capital Pool Company Program on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada.

Phoenician Holdings Corp. proceeded to close an acquisition of Asia Now Resources Limited, a Chinese mining and exploration company, creating the first ever Chinese company to go public via Capital Pool Company in the history of the TSX Venture Exchange. Concurrent with the acquisition of Asia Now Resources, Phoenician Holdings Corp. completed a private placement of CDN$5,160,010.

Upon closing, Phoenician Holdings Corp was renamed Asia Now Resources, where it continues to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange.
