Nicholas C. Wilson

Mr. Wilson is currently Chairman and CEO of Collectcorp Inc., a premier credit risk management firm and outsource service provider. Mr Wilson joined the firm in 1979, and assumed the role of running the Company in 1986, a role he has held until present day. Mr. Wilson is responsible for strategic planning and for the overall performance of the company. Mr. Wilson has grown the firm to the largest of its kind in Canada and overseas operations in numerous offices throughout North America, including: Toronto, New York, Arizona and California. During his corporate career Mr. Wilson has been involved in a number of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and strategic alliances. He is a former Director of the I.C.A. (International Credit Association), a current member of the ACA and past President and Director of the Associated Credit Bureaus. In addition, he has served on the Executive Committee of the Associated Credit Bureaus.
