Phoenician Funds is a family of Special Purpose Vehicles that are listed on the North American and European Exchanges and are providing Public Venture Capital for growing and established companies worldwide. Each SPV in the family is created to finance private companies and facilitate such transactions as raising expansion capital, going public, management buyouts and recapitalizations. All of our SPV vehicles are committed to providing the necessary resources to help companies reach their full potential and offer investors of the vehicles enhanced returns. The Phoenician Family of Funds began with Phoenician Holdings, a TSX Venture listed vehicle, which acquired and financed Asia Now Resources in early 2006. Since then several more have been listed on PLUS Markets and the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Phoenician Funds team has been assembled over the years and includes seasoned executives, directors, accountants and investment bankers from around the world. The pool of knowledge and experience allows the family to in cover a wide spectrum of industries across various continents. Due to our unique cross border focus, our Family of Funds will consider transactions that most investors will find too complex and far outside of their limited geographic focus.

The Phoenician Family of Funds covers all aspects of the geographic spectrum that our clients require. Our North American SPV’s provide local and international companies with the stability of one of the most recognized exchanges in the world – the Toronto Stock Exchange. The junior TSX market – TSX Venture Exchange – offers a proprietary Capital Pool Company Program, fully regulated and supported by the Exchange and the Provincial Regulators. Our European SPV’s give growing Asian and Middle Eastern companies the access to a wide pool of capital that the European markets provide as well as an opportunity to realize all the benefits of the stable growth with the public listing.
